It’s always fascinating to watch family performances on talent shows, and this particular father and son team did an outstanding job. They may have more than thirty years between them, but Tim Goodacre, 43, and his son Jack Goodacre, 12, have always had a strong passion for music and make an excellent team in their talents.

The song, The Lucky Ones, was written by the couple about their relationship and recounts the losses their family has endured while arguing that the father and son are fortunate to have everything they do. It’s a song about love and loss that’s sure to make people cry.
